Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy something here?

No, but that's one option -- you can also use personal checks and money orders. Just send an e-mail to Carol at lay@waylay.com indicating what you want to buy, and I'll give you a P.O. box number where you can send a check.

Do I have to pay sales tax on things I buy here?

Only if you live in California.

If I place an order, when will the art be shipped?

I will ship your order within two days of receiving your order whenever possible. If it's going to take longer than that for some reason, I'll let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order. I generally hold on to personal checks for a few days to clear.
